As a member of the International Citizen’s Process Commission for the forthcoming 8th World Water Forum (8th WWF) in Brazil, 2018, GIWEH has been invited to take part in the Commissions Meeting and the 3rd International Steering Committee (ISC) Meeting.
On November 22nd, each Commission of the 8th WWF will meet separately. The Chairs and Vice-Chairs will be setting the agenda and discussing with the other members the steps to take to organize the Forum.
On the morning of November 23rd, a joint meeting with all commissions will take place. It will be an opportunity for the International Citizen’s Process Commission to express its views and learn about the activities of other Commissions. The Chair of the Citizen’s Process Commission will present an update of the process.
In the afternoon, the International Steering Committee and several bilateral meetings among Commissions will be held.
